  Alzheimer's Society is a registered charity set up with the aim of promoting and improving the quality of life of those who are affected by dementia. The charity offers a range of services via their helpline, local support groups and training and advice, to support people with dementia and their families. They also fund research into the causes of dementia to improve treatment for people and search for a cure in the future.

•

  Child Brain Injury Trust is the leading UK charity dealing with childhood acquired brain injury (ABI). Their mission is to provide support for those with ABI and their families through the helpline and also regional Child and Family Support Officers. They campaign to raise awareness of childhood ABI and also provide grants to help families, siblings and those affected by ABI.

  Headway Head Injury Solicitor – Headway is one of the leading UK charities dealing with acquired brain injury. Their mission is to promote understanding of all aspects of brain injury and to provide information, support and services to people with a brain injury, their families and carers. In addition, Headway will campaign to reduce incidence of brain injury.

  Right to Know asbestos in Schools Wales The Right to Know campaign calls on the National Assembly for Wales to urge the Welsh Government to put measures in place, to ensure that parents and guardians of children across Wales, can easily access information about the presence and management of asbestos in all school buildings.

  It calls for the establishment of a central database to hold information on all school buildings in Wales, which anybody should be able to easily search and find out if asbestos is present in a school building. People should also be able to find out how the asbestos that is present, is being managed.

  The campaign is supported by NewLaw Solicitors, the Joint Union Asbestos Committee, together with individual unions and leading cancer charities including Tenovus, Macmillan and Mesothelioma UK.

  SIA Spinal Injuries Association – The Spinal Injuries Association (SIA) is the leading national user-led charity for spinal cord injured (SCI) people. Their mission is to support all those affected by spinal cord injury by advising, educating and campaigning on their behalf. All spinal cord injured people should receive the specialist treatment, care, rehabilitation and support they need to be fully integrated and empowered participants in society.

  STEP is the worldwide professional association for practitioners dealing with wills, trusts, probate, inheritance and succession planning. STEP members spend their professional lives working with families and tackling real problems, helping them plan for the future including drafting wills, trusts and estate planning and advice on care and support for elderly or vulnerable relatives.
